How to Order a Custom Painting

We want to ensure your custom memorial is perfect. Ordering a personalized painting is a simple, stress-free process:

Select the "Custom" paint option and your preferred urn size from the dropdown menus, then complete checkout.
Open your automated order confirmation email.
Simply reply to that email and attach clear photos of your beloved dog. For the best accuracy, include images showing their face, chest, back, sides, and tail.

Size & Capacity Reassurance

To give you peace of mind that your dog's remains will fit safely and securely, we offer multiple sizes based on healthy pre-cremation weight:

Small Urn: Measures 15cm x 10cm x 7cm. Safely holds the ashes of a dog weighing up to approximately 15kg (30lbs) before cremation.

How to Safely Transfer the Ashes

The ashes are housed in a secure compartment located inside the bottom of the premium solid wood base:

Ensure your pet's ashes are kept safely inside a sealed, suitable bag.
Place the urn upside down on a soft surface (like a cushion or towel) to protect the sculpture.
Unscrew the secure base panel, carefully place the sealed bag inside, and screw the panel firmly closed. (Optional: You can apply a small amount of wood glue to the inner rim before closing for permanent sealing).
